- What are the results you have seen?
- Make a list of the marketing initiatives you have had over the last 12 months:
- What did they cost?
- What time was involved?
- What results did you see?
This will help you eliminate wasteful and time consuming marketing. Just because you have always done it doesn’t necessarily mean its the best thing to do.
